human dignity in business

Last week, a few members of the VentureSource team attended a conference hosted by the Acton Institute. One session focused on human dignity in business—the idea that businesses should create value while respecting, developing, and empowering the people who make them possible.

It was a good reminder that while technology, AI, and markets continue to change, some principles don't.

At VentureSource, we believe business is a human endeavor. When people are given purpose, challenged to grow, and trusted to do meaningful work, good things happen—for individuals, customers, partners, and the business itself.

The discussion gave us fresh ways to think about a philosophy that's been part of VentureSource since day one—and why it still matters today.

A thank you (from left to right) to Caleb Digison, Phil Sotok, and Jack Lindsay for making time in your busy schedules to attend the conference.
